Senior 2 Information Sheet

Apologies for neglecting to pass this out at the P.A.C. meeting. Below is the information sheet Coach Jonah wanted to share with you since he wasn't able to attend the meeting.

2024 P.A.C. Meeting and Field Clean-up/Banner Hanging

We will be holding our 2024 P.A.C. meeting and field clean-up/banner hanging on Sunday May 19th. The field clean-up and banner hanging will begin at 1:00PM with the P.A.C. meeting following at 3:00PM. We need as many players and parents as possible to make the clean-up and banner hanging task easier and encourage everyone to wear work clothes.

At 3:00PM, we will begin checking in all players and collecting player fees ($500) and volunteer fees ($500) as well as a birth certificate (must be a certified original) and the filled out and signed Legion Baseball Player Agreement Form (document link below). If you’ve earned player fee credits from working any meat raffles, we will have your total fee due when you check in. The volunteer fee checks will not to be cashed until after the season if your 15 volunteer shifts have not been fulfilled. After check-in, we will then hold the P.A.C. meeting to discuss the upcoming season ahead.  Player uniforms will be handed out after the meeting.

If for some reason you and your player are unable to attend the field clean-up/banner hanging and P.A.C. meeting, please make sure to contact Mark Scott to arrange for a time to collect the documents and fees and receive your uniforms.

Please fill out and print, or print out and hand write with black ink the Legion Baseball Player Agreement Form below and bring with you to the P.A.C. meeting.
